How does the 14-day trial work?
Every new account starts with 14 days of full Pro access — all features, all exports, unlimited houses, team invites. No credit card required. When the trial ends, your farm automatically drops to the free Starter tier. Your data is never deleted. You can upgrade anytime.
How do I pay?
For now, payments are manual via GCash or bank transfer. After you subscribe from the Billing page, send payment and email us your reference number — we'll activate your plan within 24 hours. We're working on automated payments for v2.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade and we'll prorate. Downgrade and you keep your current plan until it expires, then drop down. Your data stays intact at every tier.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing bad. Your farm drops to the free Starter tier (1 house, 1 login account, excess houses become read-only). Your data stays accessible. Reactivate your subscription later and everything picks up where you left off.
Is multi-farm really unlimited on Pro?
Pro unlocks the ability to add additional farms from one account. Each new farm you add starts on the free Starter tier (1 house each) — upgrade each one separately as you grow it. This keeps pricing honest and prevents one paid Pro from accidentally serving a dozen commercial operations.
Who owns my data?
You do. Always. EggKo is a tool — the data is yours. Export it to PDF or Excel anytime. Cancel and we keep it for 90 days so you can come back, then it's deleted.
